Founder of Veegreen.

Originally from Auvergne, I grew up in an environment where grandmother's remedies, herbal teas and natural solutions were part of everyday life. From a very young age, I understood that nature could be a true ally in caring for both body and mind.

My travels and my passion for sport led me to discover yerba mate, an emblematic drink of South America. I was immediately fascinated by its place in local culture and by its naturally energizing properties. Over the course of my journey, my professional travels allowed me to discover new cultures, new traditions and plants used for generations to promote energy, balance and wellbeing. Each encounter with producers and each immersion in these ancestral know-how enriched my vision of natural wellbeing.

My studies led me to a preparatory class program followed by a business school, a world that may seem far removed from nature. Yet they gave me a rigorous working method, a spirit of analysis and a critical eye that I now put to the service of my true passion: understanding, selecting and introducing high-quality natural products, relying on evidence rather than promises.

All the articles I write are based on scientific publications, exchanges with healthcare professionals, researchers and the producers we work with. We also carry out regular analyses to verify the quality, purity and, where relevant, the content of active compounds in our products.

My goal is simple: to share reliable, accessible and useful information, bridging the latest scientific knowledge with the traditional wisdom that has inspired the use of plants to care for body and mind for centuries.
